Question: Easy spanish recipes for class?

I need to make a video of me making a meal for the class. it can be anything simple like cookies or whatever. It just cannot have alcohol or be a mexican food. preferably something that won't take a long time to make either

Make fried sweet plantains or tostones. Both are very simple, but the sweet ones are the easiest. just buy them when they are mostly black, peel them, cut them in half longways, them cut them in 1 inch pieces and fry in (about 1cm deep) of oil in a frying pan. put on papertowel to soak up oil and serve.
