I'm opening up a restaurant for my cooking class project. I wanna open up a spanish restaurant. Any spanish recipes you suggest? (for lunch btw) |

Chicken and cheese enchiladas! :) sooo yummy! <3 Ingredients 1 can (10 3/ 4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) 1/ 2 cup sour cream 1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 1/ 2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 6 flour tortillas (6-inch), warmed 1 small tomato, chopped (about 1/ 2 cup) 1 green onion, sliced (about 2 tablespoons) Directions •Heat the oven to 350°F. Stir the soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in a medium bowl. •Stir 1 cup soup mixture, chicken and cheese in a large bowl. •Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and place seam-side up in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour the remaining soup mixture over the filled tortillas. Cover the baking dish. •Bake for 40 minutes or until the enchiladas are hot and bubbling. Top with the tomato and onion. |

Mexican wedding cookies, FLAUTAS!!! ohh yummm. I'm not sure of the name but i know you can either deep fry or bake tortillias then brush butter on them and dip them in sugar and cinimmon. Some people then dip those "chips " in a strawberry jam or "salsa " |

Tacos, burritos, flautas, carnitas, fajitas, quesadillas, horchata (the drink), tostada, albondagas (spelling) soup, rice and beans, tamales. Hope this helps = ] |

Spanish Rice 4 slices bacon 1/ 2 cup chopped green pepper 1/ 2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1 cup water 1 cup raw regular rice 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 teaspoon salt 1/ 8 teaspoon pepper In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain; crumble and set aside. Over medium-high heat, in bacon drippings, cook green pepper, onion and garlic until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients except bacon. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed. To serve: Sprinkle with reserved bacon. (6 cups) |
