I want recipes that are so easy a 12 year old can do it! (haha) seriously though, I want easy LOW- FAT recipes because I wanna eat some yummy foods and not gain weight, I wanna lose weight. Thank you for the recipes and please no rude comments thank you! =)

LOW FAT cheesecake 2/ 3 cup (about 3 oz.) reduced-fat chocolate wafer cookie crumbs 11/ 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine 3 packages (8 oz. each) nonfat cream cheese 1 can (14 oz.) nonfat sweetened condensed milk 3 large egg whites 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/ 2 cup miniature chocolate chips 1. Combine crumbs and melted butter. Pat evenly over bottom and about 3/ 4 inch up the side of a removable-rim 8-inch cheesecake or cake pan (at least 13/ 4 in. deep). 2. In a food processor or bowl, whirl or beat cream cheese, milk, egg whites, and vanilla until very smooth. Stir in 1/ 4 cup chocolate chips. 3. Scrape batter into prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle batter with remaining chocolate chips. 4. Bake in a 350° oven until cake jiggles only slightly in the center when gently shaken, about 30 minutes. 5. Run a thin-bladed knife between cake and pan rim. Refrigerate cake, uncovered, until cool, at least 21/ 2 hours. Serve, or if making ahead, wrap airtight when cool and chill up to 2 days. Remove pan rim and cut cake into wedges

Your 12 years old you don't need to worry about your weight seriously now if you diet at such a young age it'll cause problems later on you should be comfortable in your own skin

Bake, boil or use a george foreman to cook on. cutting the fat is easiest to just cut out oil, butter, margarine, and fast foods. don't fry anything except eggs of course, no bacon, sausage, that is all i do, you may want to cut the salt also if you are trying to lose weight.

Fat free grilled cheese sandwhich you'll need: fat free cheese bread non stick spray a pan spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray put the bread on the pan with a slice of fat free cheese on each slice when the bread is browned put the sandwhich together ____________________________________________________ chocolate tofu mouse you'll need: 1 package of silken tofu (16oz) 10 oz chocolate chips (preferably barley sweetened) 3 tablespoons maple syrup fruit (strawberries, kiwi, etc...) Blend tofu in food processor (or blender) just until smooth. Melt chips over double boiler. Add maple syrup to melted chocolate and combine. Put chocolate & syrup blend into processor and mix with tofu until creamy. Optional: put into a graham cracker crust. Chill. Top with fruit. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

To make low-fat pancakes: 1 cup fat free milk (or water) 3/ 4 cup oatmeal 3/ 4 cup wheat Flour 1 tsp baking powder (optional) 1/ 4 tsp salt (optional) 4 large whites 1 tsp cinnamon, ground DIRECTIONS 1. Heat milk (or water) until hot, stir in oats and set aside. 2. Beat egg whites into a stiff foam with hand mixer or blender and reserve. 3. Mix remaining dry ingredients together and stir in oatmeal/ milk mixture and oil (if used). 4. Fold in egg whites until mixture is well blended. 5. Spray pan with nonstick spray and cook pancakes until browned on both sides.
