How To Make Homemade Oven Chips

- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into evenly-sized chips or fries.

Place the potato chips in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

In a small bowl, mix together salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the potato chips and toss again to coat evenly.

Spread the potato chips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then flip the chips and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
