Hey,I purchased the Emerilware 3lb bread machine.Problem is that I want to use more recipes than the ones that come with it, but none are 3 pound loaf recipes.Does anyone know any good websites or recipes for 3 pound loaves?One recipe I really like is 1 cup Warm Water4 teaspoons oil1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoons salt1 tablespoon dry milk3 cups Bread Flour1 tablespoon active dry yeastfor a 2lb loaf, anyone know how I would change that to 3lb?Thanks thanks for the response.problem with that is that that is a whole lot of yeast.In the emeril recipe book that came with it, it looks like even 3lb loaves get 2t of yeast.
Can bread be made using only soy flour? (Bread machine recipe)?
I've found a few recipes for soy bread but they all include a large amount of regular flour....any suggestions. What went wrong with my bread machine recipe?
I've doubled this recipe before with no issues, but this time it rose so much that it overflowed and went everywhere The only thing I changed was the yeast. I used yeast from a jar instead of from a packet. On Thanksgiving, I made a cheese herb bread that was wonderful, but I lost the recipe and can't find it online.It used warm milk, warm water, a couple different spices basil was one, cheese and I think it called for an egg, but I'm not sure about that.Does anyone have a recipe like that or send me a link to one online? I would sure appreciate it.
